SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo women's basketball team will look to bounce back after suffering their first loss of the season on Saturday. The Lions will host Florida Tech for a Sunshine State Conference matchup, Tuesday evening. Tipoff is set for 5:00 PM.

Last Game
The Green & Gold broke even at 1-1 in the SSC after falling short to Palm Beach Atlantic, Saturday afternoon.
Kiki McIntyre played 35 minutes for the Green & Gold and had a team-high 26 points. 10 of her 26 points came in the first half. McIntyre led all scorers with 26 points on 9-of-15 shooting from the field. She also contributed six assists, three steals, and three rebounds.
Tamara Shash was essential for the Lions on both sides of the court, scoring a total of 10 of the Lions 19 points off the bench and blocking a team-high two shots.
Alex Button also contributed 10 points of her own.
Amanda Ulrich led the Lions defense with four steals.
Players to Watch
Ulrich heads into Tuesday's game currently leading the Green & Gold in scoring with 127 points and 18.1 points-per-game. McKintyre enters the mid-week conference showdown currently leading Saint Leo on both sides of the court. During the two-game stint this past week, the junior from Dorchester, Massachusetts has led the Lions with 20.5 points-per-game on her 41 points. The Lions will look to bring a presence in the paint against the Panthers,
Tamara Shash had two blocks against Palm Beach Atlantic and recorded 10 points.
Scouting Florida Tech
Florida Tech is led by 36-year head coach John Reynolds Jr. The Panthers currently sit at 1-3 and 0-2 in the SSC. Freshman guard Tai Roberts leads the Panthers through their first four games with 67 points, averaging a team-high 16.8 points-per-game.

The Lions will hit the road and travel to St. Petersburg on Saturday to face Eckerd College, December 10. Tipoff is scheduled for 2:00 PM.
