Box Score CAROLINA, P.R. - The Saint Leo University Men's basketball team secured its eighth win of the season in a 90-73 win over University of Puerto Rico-Carolina Friday night.

It was a big night for the forwards, as Fifth-year Marty Jackson and Junior Jared Coomer respectively posted 26 and 20 points.

"Tonight was one of the greatest wins I've ever been a part of" said Head Coach Lance Randall.  "The 17-point difference doesn't do it justice. It was an absolute, physical bloodbath; a really hard-fought game.  Carolina played extremely well in the second half, but we did a great job finding the lane.  Proud of these guys coming out with a W in a very hostile environment.  We play again tomorrow at 11am for our last game; we have no time to celebrate or feel content about that performance but, again, I am very proud of these guys."
