SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo women's basketball team heads to Daytona Beach for the ERAU Holiday Classic. The Lions will open the tournament on Friday against Young Harris at 1:30 P.M. Saint Leo will wrap up the Holiday Classic against Davenport on Saturday with tipoff scheduled for 1 P.M.

COACHES CORNER
PLAYERS TO WATCH
Amanda Ulrich leads the Green & Gold in scoring at 155 points so far this season. The Senior has been averaging 17.2 points per game and averaging 31.2 minutes per game. From the field she has been shooting .519 (56-of-108) and .340 (18-of-53) from three-point range.
Alex Button has been essential for the Lions offense, currently ranking second on the team in points with her 136 points. She is currently leading the Green & Gold from downtown shooting .514 (19-of-37). She looks the continue firing from the perimeter for the Lions during the Holiday Classic.
Kiki McIntyre currently ranks second in the conference in steals with 28 through her first nine games. She is currently averaging 3.1 steals-per-game and looks to pace the Lions defense.
LIONS LEADING CONFERENCE
Saint Leo continues to be one of the top teams in the Sunshine State Conference in offensive and defensive categories. The Lions currently rank second in the conference in total offense with a conference leading 718 points and are averaging 79.8 points-per-game. Collectively the Lions are at the top of the conference in total margin for both total offense and defense with a conference leading 19.7 margin. Saint Leo currently ranks first in the SSC in steals at 121.
SCOUTING YOUNG HARRIS & DAVENPORT
Young Harris heads into the Holiday Classic currently sporting an overall record of 4-3 and 1-1 in conference play. The Mountain Lions are led by four year head coach Lindsey Huffman. Junior Forward Mackenzie Johnson leads the Mountain Lions in points with 107 points. She is currently averaging a team-high 15.3 points-per-game. Young Harris enters the Holiday Classic currently averaging 58.9 points per game.
Davenport University is currently led by first year head coach, Shonda Sanders. Sanders has the Panthers holding a 5-5 overall record in her first season and 0-3 record in conference play. Leading the Panthers offense is Lillee Gustafson, she currently leads Davenport with 120 points. Gustafson has been critical for the Panthers on both sides of the court, leading the Davenport defense with 15 steals and 15 blocks.
