PBA quickly tied it at five in the fourth and then exploded for seven runs in the fifth to break the game open. The Sailfish would add one more in the sixth and the Lions tacked on a run in the eighth for a 13-6 final.

After a scoreless fourth and fifth the Sailfish found their own three-run inning in the top of the sixth.
