Baseball Notes
- Saint Leo hits the road for its second-to-last non-conference match-up of the season. The Lions will take on Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fla.   Â
- The Lions hold a 10-8 lead in the all-time series between the two programs with the last meeting coming in 2017. The two teams met twice in 2017 in Saint Leo with the Lions taking both contests. Â Â
- Senior Jared Morello continues to lead the offensive threat for the Lions with a .374 batting average that includes seven doubles, four triples and two home runs. He has driven in 23 runs and drawn 20 walks.
- Senior Peyton Isaacson leads the team in RBI with 30 and home runs with six.
- On the pitching side, the Lions have seen seven different pitchers start games this season with redshirt junior Ryan Nolan leading the way with a 3-1 record.
- Redshirt senior Shane Haight has seen the most action on the mound going a team-high 48.0 innings while junior Joey Antonopoulos, who has seen 35.0 innings of work, leads the team in strikeouts with 40.
- Flagler has won its first two games of a three game series with No. 19 Columbus State this weekend with game three scheduled for Sunday. The Lions were swept by CSU earlier this season.
- Aaron Anderson leads the team offensively with a .333 batting average that includes 10 doubles and three home runs. He has driven in 22 runs and scored 30 runs of his own.
- Sean Lawlor leads the team with 26 RBI while Jason Moore leads the squad with four home runs
- The Saints have sent eight different pitchers to the mound to start games this season with Robert Girgis leading the way with a 7-0 record. Girgis also leads the team in innings pitched with 53.1 and strikeouts at 61.

Beach Volleyball Notes
- Saint Leo closes out the home portion of its schedule Wednesday as the Lions host rival Tampa at 3 p.m. Â
- The Lions have won five-straight matches heading into Wednesday and are a perfect 6-0 at home.
- The Spartans and Lions met three times last season with Tampa winning all three contests. Two of the three were decided 3-2 while the third was a 4-1 decision in favor of the Spartans.
- The Lions are led by a pair of teams who have posted 7-9 records this season. Amber Lake and Nina Vattovaz have combined to go 7-9 as a team including 4-3 in the No. 1 slot. Payton Bellano and Anilise Fitzi are also 7-9 including 6-7 at No. 3.
- Tampa is 10-9 this season but 0-3 on the road. The Spartans have used several different combinations this season on the court with their most successful duos being Sorrel Houghton and Katie McKiel and Valerie Rosequist and Lexi Thompson. Houghton and McKiel are 5-3 this season including a 4-3 mark at No. 3. Rosequist and Thompson are 5-3 as well including 4-3 at No. 2.Â

- No. 2 Saint Leo looks to bounce back after a 7-0 loss at No. 1 Barry on Sunday.
- The SSC loss broke a seven-match winning streak.
- Eckerd took a 7-0 loss at Palm Beach Atlantic on Wednesday.
- The Tritons are still in search of their first Sunshine State Conference season victory.
- Last meeting on April 11, 2018, the Lions swept the Tritons in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Men's Lacrosse Notes
- No. 22 Saint Leo ran away from Embry-Riddle in the third quarter for a 17-7 finale against the SSC opponent on Saturday.
- Thomas Tatarian had a stellar game with 11 saves while facing 31 shots.
- Charlie Kurtenbach scored a hat-trick and also assisted in three for a six-point game against the Eagles. Kurtenbach's second goal of the game marked the elite career milestone of 100 goals. Kurtenbach travels to Rollins with 101 goals, 67 assists.
- Philip Buque and Kurtenbach have scored in every game so far this season.
- On the season, Kurtenbach leads the Lions' offense with 52 points (31g, 21a). Buque follows with 41 points (31g, 10a).
- Faceoff specialist, Jordan Williams, has gone 118-215 at the 'X' while picking up 62 ground balls.
- Tatarian has accumulated an 11.73 goals against average while earning a .503 save percentage lending a 5-2 record between the pipes.
- Rollins fell 10-8 on Saturday to Lynn, the Tars second straight loss.
- Senior attackman Greg Taicher earned an assist on the first Tars' goal of the game, marking his 44th career assist and 131st career point to set new all-time program records in both categories.
- Taicher leads the 2019 Tars offense with 39 points (23g, 16a). He is followed by
Ryan Dunn with 37 points (27g, 10a).
- Cam Reeves (54-100) and Kyle Sudol (59-109) share the faceoff responsibilities.,
- Landon Salie (3-1) and Will Eckert (2-2) have split starting in goal for the Tars.
