Women's Basketball Notes
- The Saint Leo women's basketball team upset Rollins 53-51 on Saturday in comeback buzzer beater fashion. Casey Wortley rounded off an 18-point performance with a game-winning jumper with 1.2 seconds left on the clock.
- Saint Leo overcame a six-point deficit after the first quarter led by three double-figure scorers. Wortley paced the Lions with a game-high 18 points going 8-for-17 from the field. She was joined by Asia Royster and Gina Brierley who each tallied double-digit points with 10, respectively. Alani Gallagher earned a game-high nine rebounds for the Green and Gold.
- On the season, Wortley averages 10.7 PPG shooting a .395-field goal percentage. Off the window, she leads the Lions with 6.0 RPG.
- The Lynn Fighting Knights fell 71-56 to Eckerd at home on Saturday. Christina Potts led the team's scoring with 14 points off the bench.
- On the season, Jaylen Snipes averages 10.5 PPG followed by Kelsi Fizer with 9.2 PPG. Fizer leads the squad with 7.4 RPG.

Men's Basketball Notes
- Saint Leo enters the midweek contest after a five-point victory on the road against Rollins, 99-94. The Lions saw Kyran McClure lead the way with a 28-point game ahead of Gintaras Bartaskas' career-high 17 points, hitting five three-pointers. McClure and Bartaskas were joined by three other Green and Gold players in double-figures.Â
- On the year, Kyran McClure still leads the way in scoring with 17.4 points per game (ppg) ahead of Junior Searcy at 11.5 and Isaiah Hill at 10.5. Yalen Reed leads the team in rebounding, grabbing 5.4 boards per game. McClure paces the team in steals with 31 and assists with 68.Â
- Lynn comes to the Marion Bowman Activities Center after a two-point win over Eckerd, 55-53. Michael Baez scored 15 points on the night where Darius Moore put away the game-winner on a coast-to-coast buzzer-beater.Â

Women's Golf Notes
- The Saint Leo women's golf team will look to continue play this week after taking third out of 18 teams at the Flagler College World Golf Invitational Feb. 3-4. The Lions saw Synne Lauritzen lead the way with a fourth place finish at one-over 145.Â
- A total of six teams will take the course at Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club for the Ball State Sunshine Invitational match play format. The Lions drew the no. 6 seed and will face off against no. 1 Princeton. Joining Princeton and Saint Leo will be no. 2 James Madison, no. 3 Florida Atlantic, no. 4 Ball State, and no. 5 Omaha.Â
- The teams will play two rounds of head-to-head Thursday before a final round Friday.Â
