SAINT LEO, Fla. – The United Soccer Coaches released the 2018-19 Team Academic Awards on Thursday listing the Saint Leo men's soccer team in the program's first-ever appearance. The academic award recognized 345 men's college teams, including 257 schools that had both men and women's programs listed among the recipients, which Saint Leo was among.
 
The team award honored programs with a composite grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on the 2018-19 academic year.
