Saint Leo Women’s Swimming Earns CSCAA Scholar All-America Honors

Lions one of just 73 Division II programs to earn the distinction

NORFOLK, Va. – The Saint Leo women's swimming team earned College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America team honors after posting a grade point average above 3.0 during the Spring 2018 semester. The Lions were one of 73 NCAA Division II programs to make the list and joined six other Sunshine State Conference teams including Florida Southern, Florida Tech, Lynn, Nova Southeastern, Rollins and Tampa.
 
The Lions compiled a 3.32 team GPA this past semester to qualify for the list. To be eligible, teams had to achieve a 3.00 or higher team GPA over the Spring 2018 semester. A total of 710 teams across NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, NAIA, and NJCAA were recognized.
