- Saint Leo will split teams as the Lions will compete in both the 52nd Annual Hillsdale College Gine Relays in Hillsdale, Mich., and the historic Penn Relays in Philadelphia, Pa.
- Last time out, seniors Colett Rampf and Niclas Bez were in action at the Jesse Owens Track Classic hosted by Ohio State in Columbus, Ohio. Bez took 33rd in the 1,500m with a time of 4:04.62 while also finishing fourth in the 800m at 1:52.50. Rampf set a Saint Leo program record in the women's 5,000m as she finished third in a highly-competitive field. The senior crossed the line in 16:32.91 to set a new program best.
- Rampf will be competing in the 3,000m steeplechase at the historic Penn Relays Thursday night at 8:10 pm as the lone Lion at the event while the men will head to the Gina Relays in Michigan.

Softball Notes
- Softball dropped two one-run decisions to Tampa before taking the series finale 2-0. Lions have won seven out of their last nine games as they look to close out the regular season strong versus Palm Beach Atlantic.
- Kacie Kelly, Ashley Morris, Sarah Pauscher, and Bethany Kursch continue to dominate for the Lions offensively. Morris and Kelly are tops on the team in batting average at .392 and .388 respectively. Pauscher and Kursch add the power to the lineup with seven combined home runs and 51 combined RBIs.
- The two workhorses for the Lions, Alison Mitts and Auria Mounts, are a combined 25-12 with 174 strikeouts over the 228 innings logged. Sara Neuman picked up her sixth win on Saturday improving 6-0 on the year. The sophomore went the distance allowing three hits and two walks, while striking out five.
- Palm Beach Atlantic bounced back after dropping the series opening versus Nova with a pair of wins last Saturday (7-2, 4-2). Four of the six losses by the Sailfish have come during conference play.
- Magnolia West leads the Sailfish in batting average, as the sophomore is hitting a red-hot .449. Michaela Hynes has added the pop in the lineup with her four home runs and 25 RBIs on the season, both are team-highs.
- Palm Beach Atlantic has their own two-headed pitching monster in Abbey Busby and Ashton Adkins. The two Sailfish have thrown a combined 202 innings with a 24-4 record with 16 complete games.

Baseball Notes
- No. 17 Baseball finished off Florida Tech with four runs in the top of the 12th to take the series 2-1. The Lions have won five of their last six games and they host Eckerd this weekend.
- Jared Morello leads the team in batting average at .375, while Peyton Isaacson has shouldered the offensive load leading the team in doubles, home runs, and RBIs.
- Isaacson leads the team with 42 RBIs on the season, but Chase Turner, Zach Scott, and Brett Coffel are all hot on his heels with 38 RBIs each.
- Jordan Pendleton had another quality outing in his last start going seven strong allowing just six hits and one run, while striking out four batters. Pendleton leads the team in innings pitched (69.2), strikeouts (60), while sporting a team best 6-1 record with a 3.10 ERA.
- Eckerd is coming in on a four-game slide after dropping the series finale against Embry-Riddle (19-4) and getting swept by conference foe Nova Southeastern (7-5, 9-2, 8-7).
- Garrett Hiott leads the Tritons in batting average at .348 and in walks with 30 on the season. Keith Leavitt, Jr. and Byran Torres add the pop to the lineup with their combined 16 home runs and 56 RBIs.
- Dillon McCollough has been Eckerd's workhorse throwing a team-high 64.2 innings. Over that time, he has posted a 4-2 record in 11 starts, giving up 74 hits, 34 earned runs, and 33 walks. The junior left-hander is just seven strikeouts from the century mark on the season.
