SAINT LEO, Fla. – The No. 20 Saint Leo women's lacrosse team's three goal halftime lead did not last as the visiting Tampa Spartans shutout the Lions in the second half. Switching from zone defense to man, Tampa took control of the remaining 45 minutes outscoring the Lions 9-0. The 12-6 final moved the Lions' overall record to 11-5, 2-3 in the Sunshine State Conference.
