SAINT LEO, Fla. – Delaney Bernard knocked down 10-for-12 three-pointers during her career-high 32-point performance in the Saint Leo Lions 93-60 win over the Trinity Tigers. The sophomore guard went 11-for-13 from the hardwood leaving her previous 3.5 points per game season average in the dust.

As a team, Saint Leo scored 20 points or more each quarter registering a game .507 FG%. Alani Gallagher joined Bernard in the double digits with 10 points and added five rebounds. Tamara Shash earned team-high six rebounds.

"The bench knew Delaney was onto something special," expressed head coach Anthony Crocitto. "I've never seen a player in the zone that long."

"It was good to get everyone some playing time tonight. Day Jackson had a great couple minutes and Tamara Shash had a good day. We will have a good practice tomorrow to get ready for Nova Southeastern," concluded Crocitto.
