- Both teams look to return to the win column on Wednesday. The Lions carry a four-game losing skid while the visiting Tritons hold a three-game losing streak.
- Alani Gallagher is coming off a 28-point week, tallying 14 points per game facing Nova Southeastern and Florida Tech. She enters the game with a season scoring average of 7.6 points per game, 5.1 rebounds per game.
- Gina Brierley leads the Lions offense averaging 8.9 points per game along with 63 assists on the season and 3.9 rebounds per game.
- Kacie Juday leads Eckerd's scoring and rebounding. After an eight-point, 12 rebound game against Lynn, Juday averages 13.0 points per game shooting .509 percent from the field, 8.1 rebounds per game with 122 on the season.
- Yarden Danan scored 11 points vs Lynn to hold a 10.5 scoring average entering the Bowman Center. Danan has sunk 30-of-80 attempts around the circle (.375) on her way to a .408 field goal percentage (58-142).

Men's Basketball Notes
- Saint Leo enters Wednesday at 8-12, 4-5 SSC after dropping its fourth straight game, most recently at Nova Southeastern 77-69, in overtime.
- The Lions saw three players score double-digits led by DeAndre King's 17 points, going 5-for-12 from downtown and 2-for-2 from the free throw line. King added seven rebounds to his stat line. Isaiah Hill turned in the overall best performance with 15 points, nine rebounds, six assists and one steal on the night. Daniel Duarte tallied 11 points with a 3-for-5 shooting from beyond the arc where he added a 2-for-2 mark from the charity stripe.
- On the season, three players average double-figures led by Junior Searcy who averages 11.8 points per game (ppg), just ahead of DeAndre King's 11.5 ppg and Isaiah Hill's 11.4 ppg. Hill became the first player to 100 rebounds on the year where he averages 5.0 rebounds per game. He stands at 73 total assists and 45 steals while leading the team with 15 blocks.
- Eckerd enters at 13-3, 6-3 in SSC play after dropping its most recent game at Lynn, 78-74 on Jan. 10. The Tritons are 2-2 in their last four games having won against Rollins on Dec. 30 (95-81) and Embry-Riddle on Jan. 6 (95-72), but dropped games at Nova Southeastern on Jan. 3 (86-82) and the loss to the Fighting Knights.
- In the loss to Lynn, Drushaun McLaurn tallied a double-double with 28 points and 10 rebounds where Trevon Young added 14 points. Kristiyan Stavrev and Keshawn Ingram both added double-digits with 11 and 10, respectively.
- On the year, four players average double-figures led by McLaurn. McLaurn averages 19 points per game (ppg) while grabbing 6.3 rebounds per game (rpg). Young falls just shy of averaging a double-double with 16.6 ppg and 9.5 rpg.
