Women's Basketball Notes
	- Saint Leo dropped its third straight on Wednesday to Florida Tech.
- Mary Redmond's 15 points along with Alani Gallagher's 14 points wasn't enough against the Panthers hot offense. Savanna Scott led the Lions off the boards with five rebounds. Redmond enters Saturday's contest as Saint Leo's third highest scorer. She is averaging 8.5 points per game shooting .269 percent from the field. Gallagher is averaging 7.2 points per game, shooting .444 percent from the field. She is the Lions rebounding leader with 83, 5.2 per game.
- The NSU Sharks were handed its second straight loss by Embry-Riddle on Wednesday.
- Three Sharks scored double figures led by Christen Prasse with 13, supported by Alison Hughes with 11 and Hailey Conley with 10.
- On the season, Hughes is averaging 11.5 points per game after 14 games. Prasse has appeared in four games representing the Sharks, she enters Saturday averaging 11.0 point per game, shooting .406 from the field. Kayla Wright is averaging 16.1 points per game as the Sharks scoring leader, shooting .632 percent from the field. Off the glass, Amanda Tivenius has tallied 67 rebounds, averaging 5.6 per game.

Men's Basketball Notes
	- Saint Leo heads into the weekend looking to snap a three-game skid including dropping two straight Sunshine State Conference matchups.
- The Lions fell to then-No. 7 Barry, 79-63 on Jan. 3 before their most recent loss to Florida Tech, 88-83, on Jan. 10. Junior Searcy paced the Green and Gold in scoring with 25 points after a red-hot start, scoring 14 points in the first half. Daniel Duarte and Kyran McClure rounded out the double-digit scorers with 15 and 11 points, respectively.
- On the season, Searcy leads the team in scoring with 12.2 points per game while he averages 4.2 rebounds per game. On the year, the junior has tallied 28 assists, 12 steals and 11 blocks.
- Isaiah Hill, who is third on the team in scoring with 11.2 ppg, leads the team on the glass, grabbing 4.8 rebounds per game.
- Nova Southeastern welcomes the Lions to Rick Case Arena as the Sharks themselves are looking to snap a two-game skid. The Sharks defeated then-no. 22 Eckerd on Jan. 3 before falling 81-71 to Rollins on Jan. 6 and then 92-81 to Embry-Riddle on Jan. 10.
- Nova Southeastern's leading scorer, David Dennis, paced the Sharks on Wednesday against the Eagles with 24 points. Nick Smith and Malik Hardy added 13 points each in the road loss.
- Dennis, Hardy, and Smith are the top three scorers for the Sharks with 21.7 ppg, 17.0 ppg, and 14.3 ppg, respectively. Gerard Tarin joins the trio in double-figures with 11.3 ppg.
- Dennis is the team's leading rebounder with 6.6 rebounds per game in his first season in Fort Lauderdale.
