- Saint Leo hosts No. 9 Palm Beach Atlantic for a 7pm kickoff following a 2-1 double-overtime win in West Palm Beach on Sept. 16.
- Guillaume Campos was the hero for the Lions scoring both goals late in the contest to lift Saint Leo to their first victory of the season.
- Campos scored in the 86th minute to force overtime and again in the 109th minute with a header off a free-kick from Armin Bajric.
- Conor McElhinney picked up the win in goal for his first win of the year with a 109 minutes of action. McElhinney recorded four saves on 12 shots from the Eagles.
- Campos and McElhinney were both tabbed Sunshine State Conference Players of the Week; Campos offensive and McElhinney defensive.
- Campos leads the Lions with two goals on the year for four points in two games played. McElhinney leads Saint Leo between the posts with 288:37 minutes played and a record of 1-2.
- The Sailfish enter the game ranked ninth in the nation with a 3-0-1 record. PBA saw their last two games get postponed – vs Florida Memorial (9/14) and at Florida Tech (9/16).
- In their last outing, the Sailfish blanked USC-Aiken 3-0 on Sept. 9 following a 0-0 draw with Lee two days prior.
- Claudio Rivadeneria leads the 'Fish with two goals on the year in four games for four points. Elliott Barker and Patrick Seuffert have split time between the posts, 200 minutes and 180 minutes, respectively, where Seuffer is 2-0 and Barker is 1-0-1.

Women's Soccer Notes
- Saint Leo travels to West Palm Beach for a midweek matchup with the Sailfish following a 3-0 loss to Embry-Riddle on Sept. 16.
- The Lions look to pick up their second win of the year and move to even in the Sunshine State Conference in their second league game.
- Keeper Julia Ortiz suffered the loss Saturday against the Eagles while recording six saves on the night to move to 1-2 on the year with 10 total saves; Ortiz is the lone keeper for the Lions to log minutes thus far in 2017. Kelli Hippenmeyer tallied two shots on the night to lead the offensive front for the Lions.
- The Sailfish enter the game with a 1-2 record and comes in with a 15 day break. PBA last played on Sept. 5 against then-no. 13 Nova Southeastern, falling in that one 2-1 in overtime.
- Palm Beach Atlantic saw postponed matches against Florida Memorial (9/12), Webber International (9/14), and their SSC opener against Florida Tech (9/16) due to Hurricane Irma affects.
- The Sailfish have seven players with a goal on the year led by Taylor Frizen who has notched two goals on the season. Keeper Isabelle Granlund has played 257:52 of the 272:47 minutes of action and holds a 1-2 record with 17 saves on the season.
