WINTER PARK, Fla. – Two Saint Leo women's swimmers recorded NCAA "B" standard qualifying times while helping lead the Lions to a 195-66 win over Rollins College, Friday afternoon at the Alfond Swimming Pool.
Cecilie Holten charted a "B" cut time in the 100 Breaststroke after touching the wall in 1:04.15.
Natalia Garriock also posted a strong "B" cut time in the 100 Butterfly, winning the event with a time of 55.58.
The Lions won 13 of the 14 events, with Holten and Garriock each winning two individual events. Garriock also won the 200 Freestyle (1:53.80) while Holten finished first in the 200 Breaststroke (2:22.40).
Holten also swam a leg for Saint Leo's first place team in the 400 Medley Relay (4:04.61).
The meet served as the final tune-up before the Lions begin their mid-season slate of invitationals, starting with the Florida Tech Panther Invitational on November 17-20 in Melbourne, Fla.
