Coach's Quotes
"We would like to thank the crowd and are very excited to start off the season at 1-0 against a top-10 ranked opponent nationally. We are looking forward to tomorrow's challenge, No. 18 Wingate, and to the rest of the season. For our three guys to come out and help lift us over Young Harris was outstanding. Marcelo (Casas) sat out a year and minutes after subbing into the game he scores for us, that was an awesome moment for us and the guys. Bafou's (Sanogo) goal, he just struck it well and beat the keeper to the far post. It was good to see Brandon (Rivera) connect with Matthias (Katerna) for our third goal to go up 3-1 before allowing a late goal in the 89th minute."
For the Opponent – Young Harris
- Anuar Kanan and Jonny Denton each scored their first goals of the season.
