SAINT LEO, Fla. -- The Saint Leo women's volleyball team collected it's eighth consecutive win in front of a home crowd Tuesday night. The Lions swept Eckerd 3-0 in Sunshine State Conference action and stretched its conference streak to five wins, including four straight sweeps.

How It Happened
- Anna Siruckova led the Lions with 11 kills in an errorless performance Tuesday night. The senior's 11 kills came in 19 attempts and a .579 attack percentage, a new career high for the senior. Siruckova also knocked down four blocks, including one solo block.
- Outsides Britt Sederholm and Hope Lemon combined for 15 kills, and each added seven digs.
- Jillian Stolzenburg chipped in four kills while Katie Adamson added two kills and three block assists, half the team's total blocks.
- Ashlee Hodgskin, who continues to lead the SSC with 11.08 assists per set, dished out 30 assists, one service ace and eight digs.
- Libero Jamee Townsend tallied 15 digs (5.00 digs per set) and added 1 ace.
Beyond the Box score
- Saint Leo's eight straight wins is the first string of eight since 2009. In 2009 the Lions went 30-4, and Saint Leo strung together 22-consecutive wins.
- The Lions have not dropped a set in Marion Bowman since Oct. 2 and have won 15 straight sets in the past five matches.
For the Tritons
- Lauryn Nelson, the lone Triton with double-digit kills, led Eckerd with 13 kills on 22 attempts and a .455 attack percentage.
- JaQuayla Baker turned in eight kills will Katie Arnette chipped in six.
- Emily Schadow collected 21 assists and Kaitlyn Sibson tallied 16 digs.
- The Tritons hit a team .198 attack percentage and collected 26 kills.
