Sam Scoba was named the Saint Leo men’s lacrosse assistant coach on August 5, 2019.
Coaching History
Scoba transitioned to the Lions sidelines after a pair of seasons at Oberlin College as the Yeomen's offensive coordinator. Prior to his time at Oberlin, Scoba served as an assistant at Westborough High School.
Personal History
He played lacrosse at the collegiate level playing for Dean College and Endicott College. Scoba earned the title of Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Champion with his teammates in 2015 while also being named NEILA All-Academic team, receiving the Commonwealth Academic award.
Scoba obtained his Entrepreneurship bachelors from Endicott College's Curtis L. Gerrish School of Business in 2015.
