Dawn Boltin brings over 11 years of expertise in business and finance within Division II athletics. As the Associate Athletic Director for Business and Finance at Saint Leo University, she manages an $8.6 million budget, assists with NCAA postseason championships, and handles all financial audits and reporting. She is currently the Senior Woman Administrator, the Title IX Athletic Liaison, heads the Girls and Women In Sports Event, and serves on the Division II RAC Committee for Women’s Tennis. Dawn also plays a pivotal role in fundraising within the Athletic Department by running the crowd fundraising platform and assisting with all athletic fundraising events.

Previously, as Assistant Athletic Director for Business Operations, Dawn was responsible for team travel logistics, financial reporting, processing of all orders, and assisted with the transition of financial systems from Datatel into Workday. Her career began with roles in business management and procurement, where she focused on expense auditing, purchase order processing, and vendor management.

Dawn holds an MBA from Saint Leo University and a BS in Professional & Technical Writing from the University of South Florida. Her track record of adapting to change and streamlining processes underscores her effectiveness in athletic administration.
