AS A SENIOR (2018)
Competed in all seven races for the year ... season best finish was 24th at the Holloway Park Preseason Festival ... posted season best race times of 19:10.3 (5K) at the Mountain Dew Festival, 23:36.5 (6K) at the South Region Championships for 43rd place ... ran in the SSC Championships ina time of 24:24.9 for 37th place...D2ADA Academic Achievement Award winner.Â
AS A JUNIOR (2017)
SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll selection… competed in eight of Saint Leo’s nine events… took 25th at the Embry-Riddle Asics Classic (9/16) for top individual finish… ran top 5K time at the Royals XC Challenge (9/29) while finishing 87th in 19:56.0… took 44th at the Sunshine State Conference Championships (10/21) in 25:47.7… produced top 6K time of the season at the NCAA Division II Championships (11/18) while placing 238th, 25:07.6.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016)
Competed in all seven events for the Lions during her sophomore season… posted a season-best time at the 6K distance of 22:59.90 at the Sunshine State Conference Championship (10/22), where she finished 25th… clocked a 24:44 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (10/1) in her first 6K of the season… ran in the NCAA South Region (11/5) and NCAA Championship (11/19) races, posting times of 25:40.13 and 26:54.2 respectively.
AS A FRESHMAN (2015)
Ran in six events during her first collegiate campaign… a promising freshman who had a strong rookie campaign for the Lions… among Saint Leo’s top seven finishers in four races… best 5K time came at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational 5K (9/19), where clocked a time of 20:14.45… scored for the Lions at the Florida Southern Invitational (9/25) with a time of 20:42.10, crossing the line 13th… turned in a solid performance at the Disney Classic 5K (10/10) with a time of 20:33.50, and finishing 93rd… posted a time of 24:24.60 at the Sunshine State Conference Championship 6K (10/24) and crossed the line in 20th place, eighth among Saint Leo finishers. Born December 13th in Naples, Italy... Daughter of Raul and Sonya Anaya... Has two brothers, Alexander and Bryan... Hobbies include running, shopping, going on adventures, hanging out with friends, and singing... Career goals include becoming a very successful business woman... Believes her best assets to the team are good leadership, positivity, and enthusiasm... Favorite athlete is Steve Prefontaine... Favorite team is Team USA... Came to Saint Leo because of the academics, campus, people, and the Cross Country/Track program.Â
