Swam in nine meets this season... Competed primarily in the fly and IM events... Set personal season records in the following events: 100 fly (55.44 vs. FIT), 100 IM (58.18 vs. FIT), and the 200 fly (2:02.17 vs. Tampa).

Attended Mt. Rainier High School … Coached by Omar Crowder … Washington State high school state champion in the 200 yard freestyle (2008) … Washington state high school state champion in 200 yard and 500 yard freestyle (2009) … Two-time high school All-American (2008, 2009) … Attended Southern Union State Community College … Competed with Auburn Aquatics club team under the tutelage of Jeff Delinger.
