Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholar Athlete...DII PING SECOND TEAM ALL-AMERICAN…DII PING ALL-SOUTH REGION TEAM…ALL-SSC SECOND TEAM selection…Played in 39 rounds his senior season…maintained a 72.51 stroke average…posted team-high 6 top-10 finishes…recorded a low round score of 68 two times at the Saint Leo Invitational and the final round of the 2016 NCAA National Championships…averaged a 3.15 on par-3’s, 4.08 on par-4’s and a 4.82 on par-5’s…recorded 2 eagles and 116 birdies on the season…tied for 8th (209) at the NCAA DII National Championships…finished ranked 29^th in the nation according to stroke average by GolfStat…NCAA RECORDS: [team] helped Saint Leo set the best score two rounds at 551 (25 under) and best score three rounds at 838 (26 under); both records beat Florida Southern’s 1999 record of 565 (11 under) for two rounds and 848 ( 16 under) for three rounds.

AS A JUNIOR (2014-15)
Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholar Athlete...competed in 36 rounds of golf in his junior campaign... finished the season with a 73.97 stroke average... turned in one top-10 finish... carded a season low 68 at the Donald Ross Invitational (10/13)... tied for ninth at the Southeastern Intercollegiate, his best finish of the year in the Lions only tournament win of the season.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2013-14)
Competed in 12 rounds of golf in his sophomore year... Ainsworth set an average stroke of 74.25... Set a round low of 70 at the Panther Invitational in the second round... Posted one top 10 finish at the Panther Invitational, tying for 6th.
