AS A SENIOR (2015)
U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-South Region selection... Sunshine State Conference Runner of the Year… All-SSC honoree… SSC individual champion, completing the conference meet 8K in a time of 25:27.20…
set new Saint Leo 10K record with a time of 31:08.3 at the NCAA Championship meet (11/21) in Joplin, Mo…. crossed the line 79th overall at the NCAA Championship, best finish by a Saint Leo runner… named SSC Runner of the Week on October 12 after finishing fourth overall at the Disney Classic 8K (10/10), clocking a time of 25:12.80 – Lenz’s second-fastest at the 8K distance, and fifth-fastest in program history at the time… ran in eight events for the Lions in 2015… was ninth overall at the NCAA South Region meet (11/7) with a time of 33:20.26… turned in a top 10 finish at the Florida Southern Invitational 8K (9/25), recording a time of 27:31.70.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2013)
Bounced back from injuries the previous season, becoming one of the top finishers for the Lion's... Competed in seven races this season... Named 2013 South Region Athlete of the Year... Earned 2013 SSC All-Cross Country Team and All-Conference honors. Selected to compete at the NCAA DII National Championship meet in Spokane, WA. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2012)
Competed in just four events for the Lions' due to injuries... Ran an 8K personal best time of 27:32.40 at the Sunshine State Conference Championships, which earned him the number 12 spot on Saint Leo's all-time fastest 8K records list... Ran a personal best 10K time of 34:37.99 at the NCAA South Region race, which earned him the fifth-fastest time on Saint Leo's all-time fastest 10K records list.. Named SSC Runner of the Week one time (10/15/12).

CAREER
Competed in Helmholtz Gymnasium Essen…Coached by Grit Weinert…Competed with German National Youth team (2012)…Earned third-place in German Triathlon Championships in 2011.

Born July 1 in Duesseldorf, Germany… Hobbies include triathlons, going to the movies, and spending time with friends and family…Believes his athletic ability, as well as his ability to push himself and his teammates, are his best assets to the team…Names Sebastian Vettel and Daniel Unger his favorite athletes…Chose Saint Leo because of its prime location…Son of Jurgen and Elke Schneider-Lenz…Has one sister, Leonie Lenz.
