AS A SENIOR (2016)
U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-South Region selection… earned All-South Region honors by virtue of his 18th-place finish at the NCAA South Region Championship (11/5) with a time of 32:47.0… competed in six races for the Lions… his top 8K time of the season was a 25:11.59 and seventh-place finish at the Sunshine State Conference Championship (10/22)… clocked a 10K time of 32:29.3 at the NCAA national championship (11/19), where he finished 116th overall.
AS A JUNIOR (2015)
U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-South Region selection… 2015 All-Sunshine State Conference honoree… finished third at the Sunshine State Conference meet (10/24) with a time of 25:46.10, his fastest 8K time of the season… part of a Saint Leo trio that finished 1-2-3 at the SSC meet… ran in eight events during the season… posted a time of 33:57.10 at the NCAA South Region Championship (11/7) in sweltering conditions, and crossed the line 17th overall and third among Saint Leo finishers… recorded a time of 32:25.00 at the NCAA Championship meet (11/21) in Joplin, Mo…. posted a time of 25:58.00 at the Disney Classic 8K (10/10) and was 20th overall.
AS A FRESHMAN (2013)
Competed in six races this season... Earned All-South Region honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) after the NCAA South Region meet. Posted four top 20 finishes; including 9th place at the Sunshine State Conference Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:59. Reached the NCAA DII Cross Country Championships finishing the 10K with a time of 33:08.20.
