Saint Leo University Athletics

The Saint Leo University cheerleading club are under a new direction, as Vice President and Director of Athletics, Francis X. Reidy announced Wednesday, September 5 that Haylee Monk will take over the reigns as head coach of the cheerleading squad. 
 
Monk, a 2006 graduate of the University of Florida, has over 10 years of coaching experience. A former Pasco High School varsity cheerleader, Monk went on to the University of Florida where she was a competitive cheerleader for 2005-06, where she helped the Gators place in the NCAA Division I top-10 at the National Cheerleading Association competition.

A former NCA staff member and coach at Florida Wildcats All-Stars, Monk has also held the position of gym Director at Polk County Aces where she coached levels 1-6. 

Residing in Darby, Fla., Monk is in charge of the All-Girls Cheerleading Program.
