Ran in all seven events ... turned in a best 8K time of 26:03.4 at the Royals XC Challenge where he took 114th ... ran a best 10K time of 32:12.3 at the NCAA National Championships where he placed 165th ... finished inside the top-25 at three events with his best finish of 13th at the FLRunners.com Invitational where he ran the 8K course in a time of 28:20.0 ... finished the Sunshine State Conference Championships in 14th in a time of 26:38.5 ... placed 26th at the NCAA South Regional (33:19.2, 10K) ... helped lead the team to a Sunshine State Conference Championship, third place at the NCAA South Regional and placed 30th at the 2019 NCAA DII XC National Championship in Sacramento, Calif.
