All-SSC First Team selection ... SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll ... competed in all seven races ... placed in the top-25 at five of the seven races with a best finish of second at the Florida Tech Invitational on Sept. 7 ... turned in his collegiate best time on the 8K course at the Sunshine State Conference Championships at 25:57.0, finishing in sixth ... ran his collegiate best 10K time at the National Championships of 31:51.2 where he finished in 130th ... finished 15th at the NCAA DII South Regional in a time of 32:49.4 ... helped lead the team to a Sunshine State Conference Championship, third place at the NCAA South Regional and placed 30th at the 2019 NCAA DII XC National Championship in Sacramento, Calif.

AT LANSING COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Was an All-American in the 8K taking 24th his sophomore year … placed 13th at nationals in the 1500m his freshman year and 15th his sophomore year

Attended Sturgis high school where he competed under coach Emerson Green … was a two-time All-State Cross Country runner and was a member of the school’s 4x400 meter relay record
