AS A SENIOR (2019)
Competed in six meets for the Lions … competed in four individual events and two relays … ran the 800m at the USF Bulls Invitational in 2:38.89 … competed in the 1,500m twice times with the best performance coming at the USF Bulls Invitational in 5:00.40 … ran the 5,000m twice with the best performance coming at the UNF Invitational in 18:37.03 … took to the track in the 10,000m at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite while crossing the line in 39:08.41 … competed in both the 4x400m relay and distance medley relay.
AS A JUNIOR (2018)
Competed in six meets for the Lions… ran the 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m, 10,000m, 4x400m relay and distance medley relay… part of the school record distance medley relay at the UT Track Classic as the team ran a 12:37.34 to set the record and finish first… top individual finish came at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (3/10) in the 10,000m as she took second with a 37:14.24… time also set season best time in the event… ran top 3,000m time of the season in her final race at the UF Tom Jones Memorial taking sixth in 10:32.03… finished fourth as part of the 4x400m relay team at the UT Track Classic (3/2).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2017)
Competed in seven meets for the Lions… ran the 1,500m, 5,000m and 10,000m… posted five top-10 finishes... took second at the UNF Spring Break Invitational in the 10,000m after stopping the clock at 38:28.95... claimed third at the UT Track Classic in the 5,000m, 18:19.54... took fourth in the 5,000m at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance meet with a time of 18:42.15... posted a pair of sixth place finishes including the 5,000m at the USF Bulls Invitational in 18:22.99 while posting a time of 18:10.37 at the Bryan Clay Invite in the same event.... top 1,500m time came at the Bryan Clay Invite as well in 5:00.10 while placing 236th.
AS A FRESHMAN (2016)
Competed in four meets for the Lions… ran the 1,500m, 3,000m and 5,000m… posted five top-10 finishes... placed fifth at the Florida DII Intercollegiate Invitational in the 5,000m after crossing the line in 18:50.79... took sixth at the Embry-Riddle Spike's Classic in the 5,000m after stopping the clock at 18:46.45... took seventh in the 1,500m and 3,000m at the USF Invitational... ran a 5:04.34 in the 1,500m and 10:57.17 in the 3K... final top-10 finish was the 5,000m at the UT Track Classic... took ninth in 18:55.62.
CAREER
Competed at Loreto Secondary School... coached by Anthony Moynihan... participated in the Clonmel Athletic Club, under Anthony Moynihan.
PERSONAL
Born May 24... daughter of Angela Mowen... has two brothers, Sean and Anthony Tobin...brother, Sean, competed at the University of Mississippi, he became the first athlete at Mississippi to run a sub-four minute mile... lists her favorite athletes include her brother, Sean, and Phil and Sarah Healy... best asset to the team is her highly enthusiastic and determined personality... chose Saint Leo for both its successful track and cross country programs along with the exceptional academics all on a beautiful campus.
