AS A SENIOR (2020)
Competed in four indoor meets and one outdoor in the COVID-19 shortened season … posted top-10 finishes in all six events in which he competed … took second in the distance medley relay at the KMS Invitational (1/26) … also took second in the DMR at the Emory Crossplex Showdown (1/19) … earned a third place showing in the 3,000m after crossing the line in 8:45.42 at the UAB Green and Gold Invitational … lone outdoor race was a fifth place finish in the 3,000m at the Tampa Track Classic (2/21).
AS A JUNIOR (2019)
Competed at seven meets for the Lions ... posted six top-10 finishes including a pair of victories … won the 3,000m steeplechase at both the USF Bulls Invitational (3/22) and the South Florida Collegiate Invitational (4/19) … had a career best 1:58.69 performance in the 800m at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/12) … also posted a personal best in the 1,500m at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/12) while placing third in 4:03.03 … concluded the season competing at the 125
th running of the Penn Relays while competing in the steeplechase, posted PR of 9:31.95.
AT LANSING COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Was an All-American in the 8K taking 24th his sophomore year … placed 13th at nationals in the 1500m his freshman year and 15th his sophomore year
CAREER
Attended Sturgis high school where he competed under coach Emerson Green … was a two-time All-State Cross Country runner and was a member of the school’s 4x400 meter relay record
