U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-America selection for the second straight season… 2016 Sunshine State Conference Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Year, winning the award for the third consecutive year… just the eighth SSC athlete to become a three-time Player, Runner, or Swimmer of the Year, with no athlete having accomplished the feat four times… All-Sunshine State Conference honoree… USTFCCCA All-South Region selection and USTFCCCA South Region Runner of the Year… won the SSC XC Championship individual title with a time of 20:26.67… set a new Saint Leo 6K record with a time of 20:23 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (10/1), finishing 10th overall in the “College Gold” race against a mostly Division I field... received both SSC Runner of the Week and USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week honors following her effort in the Paul Short Run, becoming the first SSC woman to earn USTFCCCA weekly honors… posted a new Saint Leo 5K record the previous week with a 17:32.04 at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational… won the NCAA South Region Championship (11/5) with a time of 21:54.58… placed 14th at the NCAA Championship with a time of 20:57.7… received SSC Women’s Cross Country Runner of the Week honors four times during the season: after winning the Florida Tech Invitational (9/10) with a time of 17:59.52; after the UF Mountain Dew Invitational; after the Lehigh Paul Short Run (10/1); and again following the Saint Leo National Preview (10/8), which she won with a time of 22:45.4… Rampf completed her junior season with 12 SSC Runner of the Week awards over her three cross country seasons at Saint Leo… Saint Leo’s top finisher in all seven races she ran for the Lions, with five first-place finishes. Member of Saint Leo University President's Club Fall 2016 & Spring 2017

2015 USTFCCCA All-America honoree, after finishing 23rd overall in the NCAA National Championship 6K with a time of 21:50.40… first cross country All-American in Saint Leo cross country history… 2015-16 CoSIDA Second Team XC/T&F Academic All-American... 2015 USTFCCCA All-South Region selection… 2015 Sunshine State Conference Women’s Runner of the Year, winning the award for the second consecutive year… 2015 All-Sunshine State Conference… recorded the four fastest 6K times in Saint Leo history… won the SSC Championship 6K (10/24) with a time of 21:39.60… came back two weeks later to win the NCAA South Region Championship 6K (11/7) in 21:41.66… finished second in both the Disney Classic 5K (10/10) after recording a time of 17:44.40, setting a Saint Leo record at that distance… earlier in the season was second in the UF Mountain Dew Invitational 5K (9/19) after crossing in 17:52.54… her time of 20:54 at the Paul Short Run 6K was the fastest 6K time in Saint Leo history… was Saint Leo’s top finisher in all seven races in which she competed.Â
AS A FRESHMAN (2014)

CAREER
First place Xterra world tour stop at the Switzerland Championships... Prangins U23 in 2011... picked up first place in the German Championships Duathlon in 2010, and was first place in the German Women's Triathlon Championships in 2010... earned second place honors at the second National Triathlon league series in 2011.
PERSONAL
Born July 23... undecided on a major... daughter of Torsten and Michaela... has one brother, Philipp... hobbies include triathlon, running, snowboarding, soccer, and spending time with friends and family... believes her positive attitude and motiviational personality are her best assets to the team... favorite athletes include Anne Haug and Hannah Teter... chose Saint Leo because it meets both her academic and athletic desires, has amazing weather, and a great location.
