SAINT LEO, Fla. – After the final round of the 2026 Sunshine State Conference (SSC) Championship, hosted by Saint Leo at the Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club, the 14th-ranked Saint Leo men's golf team placed 5th after scoring a 286 (-2) on the last day. Over the three rounds, the Lions posted an 880 (+16).

The Lions were led by senior Enzo Barbaglia, who placed tied for sixth with a 72 (even) on Tuesday for a three-round total of 216 (even). Junior Nicklas Illi finished in a share of 13th with a 218 (+2). Illi also fired a 72 in the final round.

Junior Maxmilian Morgenstern collected a top-20 finish as he carded a 71 (-1) on Tuesday to bring his total to 220 (+4) for 16th place. Junior Ryan Letterly posted a 74 on Tuesday and tied for 33rd with a 228 (+12).

Florida Southern won the team championship, their second-straight SSC Championship with a team score of 855 (-9). The Mocs also boasted the individual winner in Colton Swartz with a score of 208 (-8).
