VALDOSTA, Ga. – After the first day of the First Federal Southeastern Collegiate Tournament, hosted by Valdosta State at the Kinderlou Forest Golf Course, the 15th-ranked Saint Leo men's golf team currently sits in a share of 10th place.
Sophomore
Micke Laurelli leads the Lions lineup as he stands tied in 20th with a 141 (-3). He fired a 72 in the opening round followed by a 69 in the second to conclude Monday.
Junior
Maximilian Morgenstern is in a share of 27th with a 143 (-1). Morgenstern posted a 74 in the first before coming back strong in the second with a 69. Freshman
Benjamin Morland is tied for 41st. Morland cared a 69 in Monday's first round before recorded a 76 in the second round.
Senior
Enzo Barbaglia is in a share of 59th with a 147 (+3) after notching scores of 76 and 71. Rounding out the Saint Leo lineup is junior
Nicklas Illi, who is tied for 67th with a 149 (+5).
Competing as an individual for the Green & Gold is sophomore
Marshall Bath, who is in 87th with a 156 (+14).
The Lions will conclude the tournament tomorrow, Tuesday, March 10 with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
