ORLANDO, Fla. – Saint Leo University beach volleyball pair, Abby VanBuskirk and Paige Reeves were named the Sunshine State Conference's pair of the week for beach volleyball. The duo led the Lions to a victory over Barry. This is the first weekly honors for the pair in their careers. They are the second Lions pair to earn the honors in program history. 

Paige Reeves and Abby VanBuskirk went a perfect 5-0 at the No. 5 position, helping lead Saint Leo to a 4-1 week in team play. The pair earned wins over St. Johns River State, Eckerd, Missouri State, and twice against Lake-Sumter State College.
 
Buskirk, Reeves and the beach volleyball team are back in action this Thursday to take on Warner (1 p.m.) and Lake Sumter (3 p.m.) in Leesburg.
