SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo University beach volleyball team battled through a windy day at the courts to earn a pair of wins over Stevenson University. The Lions won the first gam 4-1 before closing the day with a 5-0 win over the Mustangs. Saint Leo improvs to 10-1 overall while Stevenson falls to 7-4.

Madison Moore and Anna Intagliata opened the day with a 21-12 and 21-13 win in two sets. Erin Johnson and Paula Perez Rosales put the Lions up 2-0 with a win as the fours pair. The Lions number one pair of Emma Laade and Thalie Brossard sealed the win for the home team with a 21-17 and 21-19 win.
 
The Lions closed out the day with a 5-0 win over the Mustangs. Saint Leo's number four pair of Johnson and Perez Rosales put Saint Leo up 1-0 with a 21-9 and 21-14 set wins. Moore and Intagliata earned their point with a pair of 21-13 set wins. Laade and Brossard clinched the match for Lions defeating their opponent 21-4 and 21-14.
