SAINT LEO, Fla. - #11 Saint Leo University Acrobatics & Tumbling is set to being the 2026 season hosting top-ranked Baylor University. Saint Leo enters the 2026 acrobatics and tumbling season building off one of the strongest years in program history. The Lions are coming off a 6-2 campaign in 2025 that included the first Top 10 national ranking the program has ever earned, setting a new standard heading into the spring.
Last year, the Lions recorded signature wins over Presbyterian and Montevallo while competing toe to toe with nationally ranked programs throughout the season. The year was capped by Abbie Baker earning NCATA Specialist of the Year honors, highlighting the program's growth on the national stage.
The Lions return a core group of contributors across multiple event areas, providing experience and continuity throughout the lineup. That foundation is complemented by an incoming class that adds depth and competition at every position, creating increased scoring potential across all six events.
Entering 2026, Saint Leo's focus remains on consistency, execution, and depth as the Lions look to return to the national rankings and compete for postseason opportunities. With a challenging schedule and a full offseason of development behind them, the Green and Gold are positioned to continue their upward trajectory.
