SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The 10th-ranked Saint Leo acrobatics and tumbling team concluded its 2025 campaign on Sunday, April 27 as it competed in the National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) Event Finals.

Abbie Baker highlighted the day as she garnered All-American status and was tabbed the NCATA Division II Specialist of the Year. The Lions competed in the six and seven element categories of the acro event, the synch and open categories of the pyramid event along with the open category in the tumbling event.
During the acro event, the Green and Gold registered a 7.525 in the six-element before tallying a 9.375 in the seven-element category. In the synch competition, the Lions scored the third-highest score of a 9.750 followed by another 9.750 in the open category. In its final event of the afternoon, Saint Leo finished the open category of the tumbling event with the second-best score as it recorded a 9.875.
The Lions concluded the 2025 regular season with a 6-2 overall record that featured the Green and Gold earning the program's highest ranking on the NCATA standings at No. 10.
