SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo University beach volleyball team earned the number seven seed for the upcoming 2025 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Small College Beach Volleyball Championships this week. Saint Leo earned a spot in Pool F with the six-seed Spring Hill College (Ala.) and the 18-seed McKendree University. Pool play will begin on Thursday morning in Gulf Shores, Ala.  The Lions are taking a 14-10 overall record in the final weekend of the season.
 
Following the pool play, the teams will be regrouped into the challenge round. After the challenge round the teams will be split into a gold, silver, and bronze bracket to be played on Saturday, April 19.
