ORLANDO, Fla. – The Saint Leo men's golf team stands in sixth-place after the second day of the Sunshine State Conference (SSC) Championship, hosted by Rollins at the Rio Pinar Country Club.
The Lions carded a total score of 592 (+16) following a 300 in the opening round and a 292 in the second round.
Leading the Saint Leo lineup is graduate student
Francois Cilliers and sophomore
Nicklas Illi, who are both tied for sixth-place on the individual leaderboard. Cilliers and Illi tallied a +1 score after the first day.
Graduate student
Brendan Porter is in a share of 24th after recording a 76 and then a 74 for a +6 score. Junior
Enzo Barbaglia is tied for 28th with a +8 as he notched a pair of 76s. Rounding out the Lions lineup is sophomore
Maximilian Morgenstern, who fired a +13 and is tied for 43rd.

The Lions will conclude the SSC Championship tomorrow, Tuesday, April 15 in the final round of the tournament with tee times starting at 8 a.m.
