Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – The Saint Leo men's golf program had an impressive showing at the Shark Invitational in today's final rounds. The Lions finished one stroke behind the top spot, settling for second place. The Lions finished with an impressive score of +4, 856.
Enzo Barbaglia took home the crown with the first-place finish carding a (-7, 206).
The Green and Gold captured their second top-five finish of the season so far. SSC rival Florida Southern claimed the top spot after a tight finish carding an 855, one stroke ahead of the Lions. Union University - TN finished at (+14, 866). Lynn University (+16, 868) and Shorter University (+18, 870), rounding out the field.

Jake Nash earned a top-5 finishing tied for fourth place with a score of (-1, 212). Nash was followed closely by
Alex Heck, who placed tied for 29
th overall carding a (+7, 220).
Mathieu Lafontaine and
Carl Gustin rounded out the Lions squad placing 34
th and 49
th, respectively.

The Lions will be back in action Sunday, Oct. 22 as the Green and Gold begin competition at the Copperhead Invitational hosted by the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL.
