RESULTS
SAINT LEO,Fla. – The Saint Leo University women's swimming team dropped their meet Friday afternoon at home to Sunshine State Conference opponent Rollins College, 93-102. Saint Leo now sits at 0-6 overall.
The Lions finished the afternoon with eight top finishes for a combined 11 top 3 finishes.
The Green & Gold started off the afternoon with a first place finish in the 200 yard medley relay with the team of
Romane Cayla,
Elze Bielskute, Vanda Vöröshazy, and
Isabelle Sering with a time of 4:00.32.
Vittoria Bonsanti Feniello won the women's 1000 free with a time of 10:26.15. Bonsanti Feniello followed up her performance placing first in the 200 free touching the wall at 1:54.88.
Alix Henras Marouf earned a top finish in the 50 free for the Lions with her time of 25.26. In the 200 yard IM, Voroshazy collected a top finish with a time of 2:14.70. Sering earned her second top finish of the afternoon touching the wall at 53.92 in the 100 free.
Ethena Conzemius earned a top three finish in the 100 free with her time of 55.61.
Romane continued her strong performance earning second in the 200 backstroke touching the wall at 2:12.89. Bonsanti Feniello added another top finish to her collection with her first place finish in the 500 free touching the wall at 5:11.66. Bielskute earned a top three finish in the 200 breaststroke at 2:28.00.
The team of Voroshazy, Henras Marouf, Cayla, and Sering closed out the afternoon at the Marion Bowman Aquatics Center with a first place finish with their time of 3:38.63.
The Lions will return to action at the Marion Bowman Aquatics Center tomorrow as they welcome Florida Tech. The meet kicks off at 12:00 P.M.
