Lakeland, Fla. – The Saint Leo University Men's swimming team was unable to top #3 SSC ranked Florida Southern Friday, as the Lions were defeated by the Mocs 182-72 at the Nina B. Hollis Wellness Center.
The Green & Gold won one of the events on the men's side, as Lucas Minuer swam away victorious. Mineur won with a total time of 50.33 in the 100-yard Butterfly event.
Devin Green (4:47.53) finished as the runner-up in the 500-yard Freestyle event.
The Lions will get another chance at getting the victory on January 20
th as they return home to the Marion Bowman Aquatics Center to face-off against the Rollins College Tars.
