SAINT LEO, Fla. – The No. 9 Saint Leo women's tennis team took down No. 13 Wingate 5-1 Monday afternoon inside the Saint Leo Tennis Center. The Lions' improved their perfect season to 7-0 while Wingate's record lowered to 3-2.
 
The Green and Gold captured the doubles point followed by points from the first, second, fourth, and sixth flight.
 
The Lions will turnaround to return to their home courts tomorrow, Tuesday, March 8 to host UT Tyler at 3:00 p.m.
