Beach Volleyball Add Two to the Win Column at Home

SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo beach volleyball team added two to the win column at home on Thursday on the Saint Leo Beach Volleyball Courts. The Lions blanked the Truett McConnell Bears 5-0 followed by a 3-2 victory over the Stevenson for the day's sweep. The pair of wins improved the Green and Gold's overall record to 10-7.
 
Angela Goggin and Morgan Maddox earned a win in the fifth pairings in their first collegiate match. Goggin and Maddox moved up from the sixth spot to record a 21-18, 21-13 win over the Bears.
 
Against the Mustangs, Saint Leo earned wins by the one, three, and five pairs. Clare Flanagan and Brenna Reinhard edged their five opponents in a three-set victory; coming back for a 19-21, 21-19, and 15-10 decision.

Saint Leo will be back at its home courts on Saturday, March 19 to host another tri-meet, this time with Jacksonville University and Palm Beach State College. First serve between the Lions and Dolphins is set for 10:00 a.m.
