SAINT LEO, Fla. – The Saint Leo acrobatics and tumbling team earned 252.765 total meet points in program's historic first home meet on Friday, Feb 25. The Lions topped Converse, ranked seventh nationally, in the toss event but fell short at the end of the night.
 
Saint Leo enjoyed their first appearance inside the Marion Bowman Activities Center outscoring themselves by 16.4 points more than their season opener on the road at No. 12 Presbyterian last week.
 
In the toss event, Saint Leo edged Converse 26.50 to 26.30. The Green and Gold pulled in 9.050, 8.600, and an 8.850 from the three heats, respectively.
