CLEARWATER, Fla. –
Emma Bjoernholdt of the Saint Leo women's swimming team brought home a pair of bronze medals following the final day of the Sunshine State Conference Swimming Championships on Sunday. Bjoernholdt placed third in the 200-yard Breaststroke with a time of 2:17.81. She then joined teammates,
Elze Bielskute,
Anett Daka, and
Isabelle Sering to place third in the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay.
The Saint Leo women's swim team put together 298 points over the five-day championship to finish sixth as a team. In men's action, the Lions finished fourth overall with 429 points.
