BABSON PARK, Fla. – The Saint Leo beach volleyball team split the day against Webber (4-1) and Palm Beach Atlantic (2-3) on Wednesday in a tri-match hosted by the Webber Warriors in Babson Park, Fla. First-Year Director of Volleyball,
Natalia Koryzna, saw her young team earn valuable experience against notable competition. The day moved the Lions' overall record to 3-1 on the season.
Emma Miller and
Ally-Reese Williams remain perfect in the third pairings after the Saint Leo beach volleyball team met with Webber and Palm Beach Atlantic. Miller and Williams brought home a 21-13, 23-21 win over Webber and a 21-16, 21-18 victory over Palm Beach Atlantic. Together, Miller a freshman from Fairfield, Ohio and Williams, a sophomore from Tampa, Fla. are now 4-0 together in the third spot.

Saint Leo will continue its season on the road. The Lions are set to travel to Jacksonville, Fla. to participate in Jacksonville University's Dolphin Duels. The two-day tournament will begin on Friday, Feb 25 and will wrap up on Saturday, Feb 26. Saint Leo is slated to face Coastal Carolina at noon followed by a 4:00 p.m. match against Jacksonville on Friday. The Green and Gold will return quickly for an early 8:00 a.m. first serve against Erskine and wrap up the Dolphin Duels at 2:00 p.m. vs Nicholls.
