SAINT LEO, Fla. – After the global pandemic put a halt to all intercollegiate sporting events and shifting campuses around the world to online-only, the Saint Leo athletic community was left in a standstill. In an effort to support our student-athletes, Saint Leo Athletics presents the 2020 Virtual Spring Senior Day. These senior days will honor those spring seniors who didn't receive a live recognition on campus at their last home event this April. Saint Leo created this experience for family and fans alike to tune in and hear about the student-athletes accolades as well as a brief question and answering session.
 Â
The first on the list, and with the first scheduled senior day, was men's lacrosse. Off to a 3-2 start, with losses to nationally ranked Colorado Mesa and Limestone, the virtual senior day, which featured 10 seniors, pulled in over 200 fans, either live or on-demand.Â
Â
Saint Leo will continue to push the virtual senior days once a week on the Sunshine State Conference Digital Network (
