SAINT LEO, Fla. – Saint Leo University men's and women's cross country and head coach
Kent Reiber announced its 2018 slate which features five regular season meets, the Sunshine State Conference race as well as the NCAA postseason.

Saint Leo cross country teams will race in five events across the eastern coast with a trip to Pennsylvania to prepare in the climate of the national race in December in Pittsburgh, Pa.

The Lions will open the season up in Lakeland, Fla., when Florida Southern hosts the Holloway Park Cross Country Festival. Saint Leo will then take to the Mountain Dew Invitational in Gainesville, Fla., hosted by the University of Florida.

A trip to Allentown, Pa., for the Paul Short Run will prepare the Green and Gold runners for nationals. Saint Leo returns to action a week later in Orlando, Fla., for the Disney Cross Country Classic followed by the USF Invitational to end the regular season.

The Lions will head to Daytona Beach, Fla. to participate in the Sunshine State Conference Championships hosted by Rollins on November 3. Saint Leo will look to return to the NCAA Championship when Florida Southern hosts the South Region Championships on Nov. 17 before the nation's best Division II programs will head to Pittsburgh, Pa., for the National Championships at the 2018 NCAA Division II Fall Festival.
