SAINT LEO, Fla. – Saint Leo Beach Volleyball, the University's 20th athletic program, will open up action at home for the first time in history with a five-team, two-day tournament March 23-24 at the Saint Leo Beach Volleyball Courts.

Admission for the two-day tournament is free to all in attendance where the courts are located on the North East side of campus. The beach courts are just east of the softball stadium and located on the most west side of the intramural field, all north of the tennis Center.Â

The Lions (1-1) welcome in
No. 13 Florida International (11-5),
Jacksonville (0-7), as well as Sunshine State Conference foes
Florida Southern (2-9) and
Eckerd (8-4) to campus for the two-day tournament.

The Lions and Tritons kick things off at 1:40 p.m. Friday before Jacksonville and Florida Southern tango at 2:40 p.m.

Saint Leo will then return to action with a 3:40 p.m. matchup with Florida International before Jacksonville returns for a match with the Panthers at 4:40 p.m.

Saturday action will start at 9:40 a.m. with FIU and Eckerd before the Lions take on the Moccasins at 10:40 a.m.

There will be four more matchups taking place Saturday before the final match of the Panthers and Mocs at 2:40 p.m.

11:40 a.m. Jacksonville vs Eckerd; 12:40 p.m. Eckerd vs Florida Southern; 1:40 p.m. Saint Leo vs Jacksonville.
