  • Waddell had two goals on the season now, and both have been off of penalty kicks.
  • Jaimes also added her second goal of the season, but for the defender, she has now doubled her career-total. She recorded one goal in her freshman season, and now has three total.
  • Gignac has a team-high six goals this season, that matches her career-season high from 2013-14.

Coach's Quotes

"Great start to the game, the girls came out firing. We knew Lynn would be a tough team, their record certianly does not reflect how good they are. We knew they would fight until the very end, they have out-shot all but one team they have played, we knew what sort of event this would be, especially with Joe [Connon] coming from there. We knew that one goal would not be enough so we kept on pushing, and Lynn kept defending resolutely."

For the Opponent

Cole's lone goal of the game, was her second goal of the season.
Lynn was forced to make a keeper change early, and freshman Alexa Downie recorded 82 minutes
